I am a certified Ayurvedic consultant & Marma therapist since the past three years to find a way to deal with a situation like covid, to help people to remain balanced and serene no matter what through simple gestures and eating, preventively and curatively. Ayurvedic science provides the wisdom of the ages that can be applied right here for anybody to feel better or heal. Icing on the cake, it's simple, safe and durable.

 

Marma Therapy is a powerful holistic massage technique. Using Marma points which are the body's energy gateways. Marma Science follows the energy flow of the body, opening blockages and smoothing out disturbances for greater well-being. It is a deep massage that encompasses all the systems of the body, from the circulatory one to the skeleton and the muscles, passing through the digestive and the reproductive. The reflexology of the face, hands and feet are also useful maps to target an organ or a function and balance them gently.

 

I am both a scientist and an artist, for I needed to have the feet on earth to let the intuitive and creative part to express and cure. This is my strength as well as an insatiable appetite for everything that deals with the complex nature of the human being and make it MORE SIMPLE, EASY and EFFICIENT.
