Perfume writings: computer imagery from a nature motif

I was an engineer working in the perfume industry. My intention was still entirely turned towards the fascinating world of volatile fragrances with the persistent idea of imagining a visual perfume.

Like the "Nose", which creates a unique scent from the essence organ stand, the digital alchemist designs a unique scent from the bank of floral patterns. The strong evocative power of shapes and colors sometimes recognizable, sometimes not, plunges the viewer into the extraction room, near the still, among samples, filtered extracts and precious essences.

40 x 40 cm (16 x 16 in.) archival art paper print, unframed, creation July 2003
